• This app is intended for internal workplace use and productivity enhancement.

 

User Responsibilities

• Use the app only for authorized and professional purposes.
• Avoid manipulating attendance data or using fake check-ins.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Immediately report any unauthorized use to the admin team.

 

Privacy & Data Use

• Your privacy is important to us.
• We collect only the necessary information (name, contact details, location) to record accurate attendance data.
• Location is captured only during check-in and check-out.
• Your data is securely stored and never sold or shared with third parties.
• By using this app, you agree to our Privacy Policy and data-handling practices.

 

Account Management

• Users can update or delete their profiles anytime within the app.
• Inactive or misused accounts may be suspended by the admin.
• Attendance records linked to deleted accounts are retained only for compliance, up to 30 days.

 

Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, app designs, and related materials belong to JMS Advisory.
• You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written consent.

 

Limitation of Liability

• JMS Attendance App will not be liable for:
• GPS or internet errors affecting attendance accuracy.
• Unauthorized access or data misuse due to user negligence.
• App downtime or maintenance-related interruptions.
• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
